Description

Appearance and Lore: Pacific is one of the five 'foundation spirits' - the first-ever Kaimana, with a powerful spirit as a mother, and a mortal stallion as a father. It is from these five that all of today's Kaimana descend from. The five foundation spirits are much more horse-like in appearance than their mother or grandparents, and they are much less powerful, however they still have magic and power exceeding that of normal Kaimana. Pacific is the oldest of the five siblings, and he has a dappled grey coat with stunning black markings. He has a string of shark's teeth around his neck that he almost never takes off, and likes to add shark's teeth to it - sometimes with wild, rather unbelievable stories as to how he got them. Since he is too busy being super macho he doesn't have a strong relationship with any of his siblings, but they get along fine for the most part. As foals he used to play with Blizzard a lot and the two would pick on their sisters, but as they grew and Blizzard became more and more unhinged, Pacific spent less and less time with him.

Personality: Pacific was never exactly purposefully causing trouble, but he was good at keeping things dramatic. He likes proving himself the best, especially at sea-based magic, though really he hated coming in second to anyone for anything. He's easily provoked and can become aggressive quickly, but a lot of time he's just blowing hot air - he won't hurt you, but he will make sure you know he can, and can be frightening at times. It's also not uncommon for him to cause injury while showing off for whatever reason, regardless of whether he actually intended to. He can also become extremely jealous, and will often cause misfortune and embarrassment for those who he sees receiving lots of praise and attention. But regardless of his 'cool and heartless' tough-guy act, his heart just isn't dark enough to actually enjoy the pain and suffering of others - deep down he's got kindness in him, it's just wrapped in attitude and deep-fried in arrogance. He's not evil, he's just a jerk.
